Activation Key

Hello, I purchased the X theme on theme Forest and used the activation key on the first installation.
Today I needed to restore the wordpress to the default settings and re-installed it and re-installed the theme on the same website (subdomain for be exact) and the activation key doesn’t activate de X theme.

Can you please help me understand why?

Hello Ruben,

Kindly go to your licenses page and edit the Staging site URL to the subdomain of the site and you should be able to validate the installation.

I Already did followed the steps you left here but it still does not activate.
I paste the purchase code and it does nothing, it still send the “This X license is ​not validated​.Fix”

Also the Theme Option sends this error message :

It seems your hosting has the IP restriction active. Please kindly contact disable it so that we can check the site.

Our staffs almost come from Southeast Asia(Philippine, Vietnam, …).

Hi Ruben,

I was able to login into your site and I have investigated your issue further. It seems one your X theme or Cornerstone plugin files have been corrupted, so the validation process did not initiate correctly.

So I have re-installed your X theme, Cornerstone plugin and then I was able to validate your site.

Also now I was able to access your theme options as well (X -> Theme Options).
