ACF 6.3.10.2 update error

Hi team,
I had an error right after updating, resulting in plugin deactivated and error warning shown.
Activating ACF Pro again does as expected and keeps working.
However, being part of WP Engine ecosystem, I rather tell you in case this goes nastier beyond my knowledge.

This happened with PHP8.2 and Nginx, all the rest is latest version in a very low complexity site (ACF holds 1 CPT and some fieldgroups):

Thanks and have a great day.

I can confirm the error when updating. (NGINX, PHP 8.3)
But for me it is not working as before => content is missing.
Is all working fine on your end?

I’ve had this same error but haven’t been able to find how to reactivate the ACF Pro plugin after updating, either through Plugins or Pro section of the WP Dashboard. Have reverted to a site backup with ACF Pro version 6.3.9.
Any feedback/ideas on what the issue is with this update?

One more problem: after updating to latest version => it loose the license. all option pages created with acf are gone…
so we need a fix for the license too.
pls fix asap
thank you

We updated to ACF Lite instead of ACF Pro. We are releasing a fix right now. You might have to delete the current ACF plugin if you are experiencing this issue. And then install again from our extensions area. Thanks for sending this our way, let us know if it’s resolved on your end.

Hi @charlie thanks very much for the fix. I’ve run the update and ACF Pro has successfully updated from 6.3.9 to 6.3.10 (phew!) but there’s still an update showing to get it to 6.3.10.2 (see screenshot). I’ve tried to run this a few times (update appears to run and update without issue) but the update from 6.3.10 to 6.3.10.2 remains each time. Any ideas/feedback about this?

Hi Rachel,

The bundled version is 6.3.10, but the plugin has been updated to 6.3.10.2. The latest version will be included as bundled after conflict testing with theme.

Thanks

Thanks @tristup, appreciate this info.

Hi Rachel,

You are most welcome.
