Accessing Max

I just purchased Pro Max:

The documentation says, “you will be able to access Max products in three different places:

1. Validation Page (WordPress admin)
2. Themeco Account Dashboard
3. Template Tab (in Cornerstone)"

But the only place I am able to find it is in the Template Tab (in Cornerstone). For example, when I go to the Themeco Account Dashboard, I just see options to purchase Max.

What am I missing?

You can access Max in the Pro > Max page:

If you had purchased Max, it should be present in your Themeco dashboard:

With a Pro Max license, it can only be accessed on the site where you have used the Pro Max license.

Ah, thank you. I see Max in the Pro > Max page…I just hadn’t scrolled far enough.

But in my Themeco Dashboard it doesn’t show Max in the sidebar, but it does show it as being active. What does that mean?

Hey @haffweb,

You have Pro Max Single, which means it is only active in that license. It will appear in the sidebar if you have Max Unlimited.
