6.0.2 Update how do I rearranging the workspace

I have seen the outdated video that shows how you can hover over the workspace elements and move them to customize the placement of your toolbars. I updated it to 6.0.2 today, and it seems that they are no longer moveable. I have also seen a couple of posts on this, but support continues to show the prior versions’ video and does not offer any solution to this issue in the current version, can you please help?

I had the same question and just found in another thread that it can be moved from the right to the left but that’s about it.
