2 errors not allowing my client to see the content builder view

My client’s site is: https://goo.gl/c9cc6R

I will add the WP username and password in private in a sec.

The main 3 issues he has are the ones below:

  • He cannot see the content builder view when he tries to edit the homepage in GERMAN (DE) language. This happens only for the homepage at the moment.

This is the DE language homepage: https://goo.gl/gi9iXc --> Whenever he tries to click EDIT WITH CORNERSTONE from the top admin bar, he receives this after the builder tries loading: The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.

  • He also receives this error when he is on an EN language blog post and then, while in the builder, he clicks the DE language from the bottom-right section: The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.

  • Client says that translations are disappearing from the site. Here is what he said:

Lost translations: For pages like the Tech Specs page and the Jobs pages, yesterday and today I added translations that then got lost again. I cannot explain why because I used the same process every time: I went to the PRO editor and switched the language icon in the bottom right. I also saved my progress, but it still got lost. (Maybe I was editing too much in the EN version afterwards for German translations to be carried over. I don’t know, I’ll just try again for now once I’m done with designing the EN.)

Hi There @michelangelo91

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your current server configurations, I see that the PHP memory limit is set to 256MiB. Could you please try increasing it by following this guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935) and see if that resolves your issue.

If not, please follow our troubleshooting guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-builder-preview-warnings/14404).

Let us know how it goes.
