September 7, 2015 at 8:31 pm #381500Does not work for me. 🙁
piperlongboards.com Still cannot get “Build your own longboard” product to work with variations!September 7, 2015 at 9:14 pm #381521Hello Rick,
We’re sorry you’re having this issue. Can you please open a new topic stating the issue and your admin credentials. This is so we can help check your settings and help you better. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
September 25, 2015 at 6:07 pm #582657I’m getting outdate notices on my new install of woocommerce theme. I’ve looked at the ‘how to’ links to update this but am still unsure how to do this.
Is this in my c panel
wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/add-to-cart/
And where is
corresponding place within the X Theme WooCommerce directory
Was the xtheme update made?
Is this issue because I’m using a child theme so updates by woocommerce aren’t made? It’s hour 4 trying to set this up and I’m still confused.
September 26, 2015 at 1:16 am #599170Hi there,
May I know which version of woocommerce you’re using?
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Thanks.
January 21, 2016 at 11:48 am #757225Is there a video somewhere that shows exactly how to replace the outdated files?
January 21, 2016 at 7:49 pm #757976Hello There,
We do not have a video that demonstrates replacing the outdated files. We would recommend that you make sure that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.3.1
Cornerstone: 1.1.0You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site. If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
This latest release supports WooCommerce 2.5 and removes the “Outdated Files” notice in your dashboard.
Cheers.
