Your theme contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files.

x/woocommerce/order/order-details.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0.
x/woocommerce/single-product/add-to-cart/variable.php version 2.3.0 is out of date. The core version is 2.4.0.

RogerAugust 10, 2015 at 12:58 pm #355184Hi Roger,
Thanks for writing in!
Please check this thread – https://community.theme.co//forums/topic/your-theme-has-bundled-outdated-copies-of-woocommerce-template-files-4/
Note that it’s simply because X theme woocommerce templates are only made compatible to the woocommerce’s version the time X theme update’s released. And that’s the latest template we have.
We can’t just release X theme update on every woocommerce update because some changes on woocommerce templates are just version, and changes on actual code are very rare. Template coding could change if it’s major update that contains large gap on coding and structure.
Though, we could add new set of woocommerce templates on next X theme update as we always do 🙂
Thanks.

Thanks for updating this thread!
Woocommerce update has just release an update to 2.4 several days ago and that is why you are seeing the warning. An X release update will be rolled out as soon as we can to resolve this issue. Please bear with us.
Thank you for your understanding.

August 14, 2015 at 8:56 am #359190Glad I found this thread as my eccommerce is no longer working with exactly the same as the above issue. Hoping for a speedy fix. Can I be cheeky and ask when the next release will be out so as I can tell my customers that we are currently unavailable due to technical problems?

August 14, 2015 at 9:16 am #359203Hi Jay,
Sorry we don’t have a date yet but rest assured that this has been forwarded to our web development team and they are working to address it as quickly as possible, but we have some other items in the “pipeline” for the time being.
Thank you for understanding.
August 14, 2015 at 11:14 am #359270Hi X,
On the same subject, Woocommerce says to this:
http://docs.woothemes.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/Do you support this method?
Thanks.
August 14, 2015 at 2:38 pm #359395Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! Yes you can try this until an update is released.
Let us know how this goes!
August 14, 2015 at 4:03 pm #359446hi X,
is this going to be fixed just by updating X ?August 14, 2015 at 6:57 pm #359540Re: Woocommerce says to this:
http://docs.woothemes.com/document/fix-outdated-templates-woocommerce/
This worked for me.
By copying the latest WooCommerce file: variable.php found in wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/single-product/add-to-cart/) and pasting it into the corresponding place within the X Theme WooCommerce directory, my variable prices were fixed.
It’s a temporary fix until X is updated.
FYI.
