    Hi,

    I go to my website in Safari and I got the following message “Safari can’t verify the identity of the website “www.visita-asia.com” the certificate for this website is invalid, you might be connecting to a website that is pretending to be “www.visita-asia.com”, which could put your confidential information at risk, would you like to connect to the website anyway? ”

    In Chrome I get something similar, it says that my connection is not private and in Mozilla I get “SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN”

    What can I do to fix this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! First of all, your issue is beyond the scope of our support as it is not related to X theme or related plugins. However the following information may help you to diagnose your issue.

    Based on the information given, it seems that you have configured your SSL only for the “visita-asia.com” and it will re-direct to “www” dot “visita-asia.com”. As a general practice, you will need to configure your SSL to both “WWW” version and “non WWW” version so it will function correctly. In your case as a temporary fix, you can remove “www” by head over to Settings -> General section within your WordPress backend.
