Hello. Just updated to WordPress 4.7 and Xtheme Addons disappeared from dashboard.

Now trying to update the Mailchimp Opt-in form, for example, and it is no longer on my dashboard menu.

Website under construction, so need to provide you sign in privately.

    Thank you so much!

    Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! I tested on my local setup and Addons tab is displaying fine in WP 4.7. You can try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how this goes!

    That was it!
Booking Calendar plugin that had not been a problem until the recent WordPress update, which I think had security updates, if I’m not mistaken.
Regardless, now I know to check plugin conflicts for issues that arise in the future.
    Thank you so much!

I’m seeing this, too. Can anyone confirm if it’s a problem we need to report to the Booking plugin author, or if it’s a problem with x?

I’m wondering if it might be X, since it hasn’t been updated since October, and this was broken in late 2016 after WordPress core updates.

    Hi There,

If you are having a problem with the Booking Plugin you need to report to the plugin author.

Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.

The plugin has a setting that can be changed to fix this.
