RupokMemberHi there,
You are using multiple security plugin which is unnecessary and I think one of them causing the issue. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

FriechModeratorHi There,
The issue seems not to be on the customizer settings because your settings works on my end. Please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
While doing this please clear and disable your caching plugins, just to make sure your site is serving the updated files/code from the WP 4.7.3 and not a cached file. You can enable back your caching after we have solve this issue.
Thanks.
