    Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to remove the “proudly powered by the x wordpress theme” in the footer area and add a custom one. thanks.

    Hey,

    Simply open the customizer and go into the Footer tab there you can see a field called “Footer Content” that is the place where you can change that message to anything you want.
