RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for providing us the login credentials.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to replicate this issue here. We’ve made changes and they were saved successfully.
Kindly clear your cache first. You can try with the following plugins:
– W3 Total Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/
– WP Super Cache: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/Hope it helps, let us know how it goes with you.
Thanks for understanding.

jeffhopkinsParticipantI’ve used w3 total cache to clear cache and the problem persists.
Am I using this incorrectly?
Here is a video showing what’s happening. Can’t change the background image.https://www.RelayIt.net/?c=MHP7F2DhsgBzFGMgP37bj6J7g2fFnM2rJ9HK

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! I have downloaded the video which is almost 40MB and have seen the video. To change the background image for your homepage, please edit it and change the background images in the Page Settings section. You can check it here: http://prntscr.com/efein2, http://prntscr.com/efej2s
And if you are editing with Cornerstone, you can go to Settings tab > X Settings > Background images. You will have to insert the direct file path of the images and separate them with commas. Please check it here: http://prntscr.com/efejaw
And by the way, please do not forget to clear your site cache and plugin cache before testing your site again.
Hope this helps.
