    I was editing my website and out of the blue it now says “Record not found”. The worst time for this to happen but I was doing some research and it says that it has to do something to do with the Revolution Slider Plugin. If anybody can help me that would be amazing.

    PLEASE HELP ME haha!!

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Your site is displaying fine on my end (see the attachment), please let us know how we can replicate the issue.
    Please ask your host provider for FTP credentials.
