Hi,
What is the best way to have a website made with X Theme available 100% in different languages :
1- do the main language web, then clone content on a new wordpress/directory for each language
2- use a wordpress plugin, you recommend WPML or .. ?
3- or any other solution ?
Best regards,
Michael

July 23, 2016 at 5:07 am #1099721Hi
If I decide to setup on same domain 3 wordpress install, one for each languages :
1- http://www.domain.com/spanish/
2- http://www.domain.com/english/
3- http://www.domain.com/german/I can use the same XTheme license for each WP admin (3), as its the same domain/web just different languages, or I need a license for each one ?
Best regards,
Michael

X is allowed for one domain only so you have to buy a new license for each domain.
Regards!

July 24, 2016 at 3:05 am #1100489Hi there,
Licenses work on multisites or even multiple isntalls as long as they are on the same domain. For example http://www.yourdomain.com/region1 to http://www.yourdomain.com/region7 will work, however region1.yourdomain.com will not work and will require separate licenses for each if you are doing separate installs.
You would need to do a WordPress multisite install and validate on the main domain meaning set the API key for that domain. In a multisite install you can set it to use folders (www.yourdomain.com/region1) or subdomains (region1.yourdomain.com) the main domain controls the theme settings accross all sites so if you validate there it gets passed down to all sites within the multisite network.
Hope it helps.
July 24, 2016 at 3:39 am #1100503Multisite or WPML plugin doesnt work for me as I want 100% website translated, plugin text shown included, for each languages.
Its impossible to do a simple WP install on each language directory with same license ?
# http://www.samedomain.com/spanish/ <– WP install 1
# http://www.samedomain.com/english/ <– WP install 2
# http://www.samedomain.com/german/ <– WP install 3July 24, 2016 at 3:54 am #1100513Hello Again,
Thank you for the updates! You can always do that. X theme will always work out in that setup. Later on, the only thing that might come up is the validation issue. I will just suggest that when assign the url in your Theme.co account, you may assign the license code to just http://www.samedomain.com/. You might get a shot of validating all of the three simple instals that you have.
Hope this make sense. Please let us know how it goes.
