    I created a themeco account with you guys and have purchased 2 keys for 2 different clients of ours.

    One of our clients wants to take over control so they can manage the website themselves going forward-including ownership of the key that I purchased on their behalf.

    I obviously cant give them the login for my themeco account as it houses a license key for the other client. Is it possible to transfer 1 key to a different account?

    If so how do I go about doing this?

    Please send us the purchase code you would like to transfer to your client along with to username/email.

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Ian,

    Sure thing. I’ve just removed the license from your account. You’re welcome to use it to register a new account now. You’ll just need to revalidate the site once that account is setup.

    Hi Alexander,

    I’m confused. Have you set up an account for the webmaster@kaizenreporting.com or do i need to do this?

    If i need to do this how does the key get back in there.

    You can now use the purchase code so create a new account with any email and username.
