    Morning,

    I’ve just bought a new x-Theme licence, but I have accidentally created a new Themeco account and associated this licence key under it.

    I was wondering if I could please transfer this new licence key to this account?

    Hi there,

    No problem. I’ve just moved the license over for you. If a site was assigned, you will need to revalidate it, as site assignments are tied to accounts.

    Hi there,

    The licence code for validation should be fine. 🙂

    If you purchased X early on, you may see a “Themeco License” on your account instead of “Envato Purchase Code.” In terms of the validation process, they work exactly the same and can be used interchangeably. The only difference is that Themeco Licenses represent purchases that we verified manually or cases where we were otherwise unable to record the Envato Purchase code at the time of verification.
