InetmarketingParticipantHi,
I bought the X theme on 2016-03-29. I sent the licence (purchase) code to my web developer to install the Theme. It was the first time I purchased anything from you so I did not know that I would need to create an account and register the licence here. Only later, after purchasing another licence I realised that I needed to do it for the first purchase.
However, my web developer has registered that licence under his account.I do not work with that web dev anymore and want to register the first purchase within my account. I bought the licence at the end of the day.
Can you help me out with the issue?
Thanks

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! You could ask your developer to revoke the license from his account. He won’t be able to do it by himself and need to our support for that.
You can provide the purchase code in a private reply so that we could check which account it belongs to.
Cheers!

InetmarketingParticipantHi There.
Any updates for my request???
As my feedback I would say that your verification system allows unethical developers take advantage of their non-technical clients (business owners) and hold them as hostages. Because it seems there is no way to get a licence back if it was registered by dev under his/her Themeco account.
In other themes I have bought I can revoke an access within my website and it revokes the access on Theme’s site at the same time, regardless who registered it before. Thanks
