X theme will not “save” changes and continues to go back to the demo. I have uninstalled x theme – reinstalled x theme – reinstalled wordpress and nothing is working. Please help!

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for writing in and sorry you are having an issue. First thing we would recommend to check if changes are reverting back to a previous instance is caching. Since this is a new site, it may be that your hosting has some performance or server side caching enabled. This could be interfering with your changes. Would you mind checking if your host can shed some light and spot anything?
If they can’t the issue, please provide us with as much info as you can. Also, please provide us with login credentials so we can take a closer look. To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
