    Hi there,

    It seems that your X theme is installed partially (missing some files or corrupted files). I have resolved this for you. You should be able to validate your site now.

    Hi there,

    Looks like it’s a common issue on your hosting provider, the only fix is installing it is through FTP.

    I went ahead and installed it through FTP.

    Thanks for your help! I use FileZilla to install X every time. I’ve bought over 30 X licenses and most times it installs fine and a few times not, I don’t understand why.

    It’s funny, because I bought another license right after the one that just failed, I installed it the same way and it went thru fine. Anyway, thanks for your help in doing the re-install.
