New member and looking forward .
Please assist i have gone through the customizer and forum & cant seem to find the simplest of actions…. How to change the background color or add an image as the background ?

Hi there,

Welcome and thanks for writing in! Would you mind specifying which element you are referring to? The site background color can be changed in the customizer.

Appearance > Customize > Layout and Design > Background Options

If you want to change background colors of individual sections, you can inspect that section within Cornerstone and you will have background options that you can utilize.

Hello Themeco !

Thanks for your reply, im looking in “Appearance > Customize > Layout and Design > Header” in tried to change the navbar background colour / image of the header here.

I also went to “Appearance > Customize > Layout and Design > Integrity”, here i can make the navbar transparent but still no image or background image change.

I did manage to edit the .css .x-navbar{background-color:#1A1A58}, and works perfect for example, but just thought there would be standard way of doing it without coding.

For some specific changes, you can use your custom CSS rules also to make changes. Glad you were able to figure it out 🙂
