    Hi there.
    I have already purchase X theme from your site.
    Here is the detail:
    X | The Theme
    Regular License
    6 months support (expires on 13 Sep 2016)
    Purchase code: hidden

    I got problem after installation. The standart theme does work. But I can’t open the demo content.
    “Unable to retrieve demo content. Your WordPress install may be having issues making outbound HTTP requests. For more information, please review the connection issues article in our Knowledge Base.”

    Please help me to fix this.

    I did check PHP error message.
    This is the result:
    string(20) “No connection errors”

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Expanded Demo you want to install
