Hi,

I am using X theme and WooCommerce Subscriptions. I have subscriptions 2.0.11 active and have no issues. But if I upgrade to 2.0.12 then we get a recurring shipping bug.

This particular bug occurs when a user places a subscription item into their cart.

Once a logged in user has a subscription item in their cart they can select their shipping options. The problem is that once the user selects a shipping option, the shipping option just spins and then returns to the default shipping method. You can try selecting any shipping option, but it always goes back to the default shipping method. The error is true on both the cart and checkout page. I get these errors only after upgrading “subscriptions” to the latest version (v2.0.12). Again, I do NOT get these errors on the current version installed (v2.0.11). Please help.

Hi there,

Thanks for writing in, I see the staging site has the old version that works and there’s no option to upgrade it, could you try upgrading it please?

I’ve checked around though and have seen some reports of issue on the WooCommere Facebook page, I don’t believe this is a issue with X and Subscriptions, but rather subscriptions and any theme, to confirm this, try with Twenty Sixteen.

Let us know once subscriptions has been upgraded and we’d be happy to double check what’s causing this 🙂
