Hi There,
Shortcodes will still work, it is just not a plugin anymore.
Shortcodes are as they name refer to them a shortened version of bigger codes.
You can check our knowledge base and you will see a list of shortcodes that can be used inside or outside of Cornerstone.
If you want to use them in Cornerstone I recommend you using the Raw Content Element. At the raw content element you can simply paste the shortcode you choose to use.
The creation of shortcodes is a common WordPress practice and it is not restricted tu X, however X Shortcoodes are shortcodes developed specially by our development team for X Theme.
