    Hello,

    Forgive me for posting another post about my broken site, but I am on day 4 of this issue and can’t get any resolve.

    In cleaning up unused X demo image files on my web server last week, I have apparently “broken” X’s ability to re-install the expanded demo content images or icons, etc. or get ANY demo content from the X file servers.

    I’ve cleared my server’s cache files and reinstalled X and Cornerstone numerous times.

    I have made several posts, and followed support’s suggestions to no avail.

    At this point, I just want to “start over” with X. Is there a simple way to do this?

    I’ve cleared caches, uninstalled/reinstalled, upgraded and downgraded, and X will NOT download any of the images or demo content.

    If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know, thanks.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! As I don’t what you actually changed, it would be safe to install the WordPress and start again to avoid any further issue.
