First of all i am new with WP so please help me. Altough I’ve read the documentation and applied all demo/customizer etc files it seems i still can not rı-un the x/integrity homepage full width, apart from this pages settings are not applied as well (no map at contacts page, other page layouts are not done etc.)
Other themes come with an basic setup instructions doc to set these pages and contacts etc but i couldnt find any for integrity.
Does your theme include a free setup service?
How can i create the same video slider shown at your demo site ( http://theme.co/x/demo/integrity/1/ ).
How can you help me? Thanks.

What kind of support is this? Are you calling this “the incredible member support”?!? I am asking for help on certain topics and you are giving me the link of what i have already read, watched and applied! Will you provide setup support or not? Just answer my questions and tell me how i can fix the problems.
Many other (much cheaper) themes offer free setup and you are only pointing to some general unspecific training videos.

1. did you import our general demo content?

2. did you select full width in the Customizer > Integrity > Content Layout settings?

3. it can take some time till the favicon displays since this has a very low cache expire rate.

1- yes 2-yes 3- it generally took 2 hours but it has been 48 hours since i changed this one.
What do i do now?

Just for info, favicons aren’t refreshed by the browser on every visit, as they rarely – if ever – change so there’s no point wasting the bandwidth.

If you want to see if it, try a different browser from the one in which you do your work. If it still doesn’t show, there’s something wrong with either the file or its location.

Looks like you didn’t setup your maps code the right way please check out this video: http://theme.co/x/member/kb/shortcode-walkthrough-map/ – the thumbnail should be refreshed after some time it’s as pul said not often refreshed in the browser cache.

I am also trying to set up Integrity 1.
I have imported the demo content, installed child theme, activated everything… its still not really the same.
How can I set up the look for the home page to look the same as in Integrity 1 (including video)?

This will help you build the page faster without having to start from scratch. Unfortunately, we can’t supply you with the images or any other licensed materials from the actual demo site.
