Thanks for the login credentials!
1. Map: You need to enter coordinates of the location in Cornerstone “Google Maps” settings and it will show correct location. Please refer to Google KB article to learn how to get coordinates of a place: https://support.google.com/maps/answer/18539?hl=en
2. MailChimp Issue: I’ve checked your Email Forms extension settings and it seems you haven’t selected any list under “General Settings”, so I just went ahead and selected “Contact Form” list (see: http://prntscr.com/9hixfg). Then, I’ve tested by subscribing to your Mailchimp account with my credentials and I received a confirmation email from Mailchimp (see: http://prntscr.com/9hivt2). Upon confirming the email, I can see it in your Mailchimp’s subscribers list (see: http://prntscr.com/9hiztq). So please make sure you confirm an email and the it should appear in your list subscribers. If you still have confusion, you may contact Mailchimp support with regard to this.
3. Dropdown Menu Issue: I’ve checked your site on an iPhone 5 and dropdown menu is working just fine for me (see: http://prntscr.com/9hj7n2). Would you mind confirming the issue again?
4. Contact Form: You can install Contact Form 7 plugin and create a form and then insert it into your page using Cornerstone “Contact Form 7” element.
