Hi there,

I have installed the x – email forms (mailchimp) plugin, but I do not know where to go from there? I have a mailchimp account and have created a form (it has never been uploaded or used yet). Do I create embedded form and upload the html into a text box on the page? Surely that defeats the point of the plugin?

I see you can add a mailchimp element in cornerstone, but then how do i get my forms to show under “select mail form”?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I see it says

Now how do i get to that create forms in “OUR” plugin? I don’t see any editor on my WP dashboard?

so i have set up the x-email form and wanted to check it our with a demo how ever when i subscribed i didnt get a pop-up window saying “thankyou for subscribing” i even checked my emails which i used a personal one and i didnt get a response to subscribing both of which i set up whilst seting up the email-form

Also when setting up the email form it didnt say anywhere about putting in your email that it would be connected to eg. my business email address so i will never know if anyone has subsribed could you please give me information back regarding this as soon as possible thankyou

Mialchimp alerts doesn’t display in popup, it could be possible with custom development but it woiuld be outside the scope of our support.

i dont understand what you were sending me in the picture.. anyway i checked my email address which flauntessence@outlook.com and nothing has come through to tell me that someone has subcribed..

i have also found another issue, when i look at my website on my phone when i press the drop down menu nothing drops down.

this wordpress theme is really starting to fustrate me. i was using wix and then heard of this wordpress theme.. i am starting to wonder why i paid for it.. wix took me a few days to put a website together not a few weeks and when i say a few weeks i am only talking about the home page..

could please answer my questions to both of those.. that would be greatly appreaciated
