For some reason X isn’t updating the Cornerstone, Slider Revolution, and ConvertPlug plugins. Any reason why not?

1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license.
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

When I disabled the site on your server the wordpress side still thinks its active if that helps at all.

decastellParticipantI really do need someone to look at this issue as it’s preventing me from updating the plugins on the site. I’ve followed the steps you suggested and the problem remains.

There’s currently a license sync issue that is currently being investigated. You will need to revoke validation both in Addons and in the License Management page. You will then need to validate X again using the steps at https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/. If you could provide a screen recording, that would help us greatly. I’ll also endorse this to our accounts manager. But before that, please ensure everything is correctly setup.

Thanks for updating. I have tried to update Cornerstone and it says it’s updated successfully although it wasn’t. So I think you fare facing the same. I am not sure why this is happening but this is weird for sure. We’ll forward this to our developer to investigate more. Meantime kindly update the plugins manually. Kindly remove them from wp-content/plugins/ and install again from X Addons menu.
