    I get an error message stating that there is no available update archive of X for my production site.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! The version you may have installed in your site is the one with the update notification issues. Please update your X and Cornerstone files manually by uploading the files to your ftp. You can download the latest version from your dashboard here (https://community.theme.co/dashboard/).

    Before doing anything, please make sure that you have a backup of your site. To know more how you can update your X and X plugins, please check our our knowledge base here: https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/

    OK.I have updated X manualy, but how can I do that for Cornerstone as I don’t get the Cornerstone update file when I download the X package from Envato.

    I also manualy updated WPBakery Visual Composer and LayerSLider using the files from the downloaded X package and it is not even the last versions for both.

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    Thanks for updating. Cornerstone will be installed automatically (since X v4.4.0) as it’s required. However I can see the updates on your site – http://prntscr.com/atsiui

    Also if you go to Dashboard > Updates (Mises à jour for your language) then you will see all available updates – http://prntscr.com/atsj7l

    Hope this makes sense.

    Please try revalidating your theme by revoking your validation and entering your purchase code again.

    You can also get cornerstone plugin files within your theme directory at wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins

    Hi There,

    Yes, please update your X theme and cornerstone via FTP then let us know if on the next automatic update is not working properly. In regards to your sub domain, automatic update is available only for the domain or subdomain that is validated.
