Bill RParticipantI am developing a new website for my business in a sandbox location. I have purchased X for the production site, although it isn’t yet in use there. I have validated my license for use on my sandbox development environment.
When I try to use the X-Addons page to install extensions and approved plugins, it errors out. the error message says “Your WordPress file permissions do not allow plugins to be installed.”
I have had my webmaster look at this and it seems that for some reason I am not getting prompted for my ftp account/password when the install button is clicked.
Can you help?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks

Bill RParticipantOK. Figured out that my change from port 21 (as instructed in your docs) to port 22 was causing the problem. Normal plugin page now working as well as X-Addon page. Thanks for your support!
