    Hello

    X-addons Email Forms is saying “Thank you! You are now subscribed.” after I sign up using the sign up form on my site, however when I check MailChimp the number of subscribers is the same. Plus I search for the email address I signed up with and it’s not there. I tried a couple of different email addresses and it keeps confirming my sign up but on MailChimp the sign up is not registering.

    I shall provide login details for both X-Theme and MailChimp below.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Your form is working perfectly. Not that the subscriber needs to confirm the email from the confirmation email and only then it will be added to the list. That’s process of Mailchimp itself.

    Hi there

    Yes I just realised this after checking my emails. The user will get an email to confirm subscription and then they must click on ‘confirm’ and then the user is added to MailChimp and I can then see in MailChimp the user has been added to the list.
