    Hi,

    I would like the title of the email form to be H4 or H5 instead of H1. How do I achieve this?

    Hey there,

    Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!

    Hi Christopher,

    Thanks for responding. I was able to do this my replacing h1 with h4 in shortcode-x-subscribe.php file that belonged to X-Addon – Email Forms. (See https://rei.water.wa.gov.au )

    The only thing is since this is a plugin file, I cannot use Child Theme to modify it and any update to the plugin will change this again. Do you have any solution up your sleeve?

    I need this because I just want one H1 tag on my page and am using the email form in the footer.

    There is not hook for that so regretfully, the only way is to modify the plugin directly.
