I just uploaded and activated my X theme to my wordpress site. It is version 4.4.1 and cornerstone automatically installed. However, when I go to install any of the other plug-ins, I get an error that says “No package provided”. How do I resolve this issue so that I can use the plug-ins on my site?

Thanks for writing in! Please try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you.
In the meantime, please navigate to your ThemeForest download page and download the latest X|Theme (All files and Documentation). Extract the package and you should see the extensions folder that contains all the plugins zip file, which you can install manually.
Cheers!
