    Hi There,

Install Cornerstone instead of x-shortcode. Shortcode is retired and Cornerstone is used for 4+ x theme.

To install the CornerStone plugin, please navigate to X – Addons > Extensions > install CornerStone:

Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hi again,

Upon checking your site, i see you have not installed the Cornerstone plugin. Please deactivate the X – Shortcodes plugin and install Cornerstone. To do this please navigate to X – Addons > Extensions > install CornerStone

Let us know how this goes!

    Hi again,

It seems like a plugin conflict with either X theme or WPML when activated. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Also check your .htaccess file and see if there’s additional code written as you’re using Security plugin. I’d suggest you to rename the .htaccess to .htaccess1 after deactivating all plugins and check the site again.

Let us know how this goes!

    Hello There,

Please try to update your permalink structure in Settings > Permalinks and try to switch any of the structure and test your page again.

Please let us know how it goes.
