    Hi Theme Support,

    I wasn’t able to updated the WPBakery plug-in because it said I needed to buy the license through them or something of that nature. So, I was reading the forums and it seems others had similar issues and the team had recommended to delete the plug-in and re-install it through Add-ons > Extensions.

    However, I don’t see WPBakery there at all. Any idea how I should re-install this plug-in?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! The latest version via automatic updates in X Addons > Extensions is 4.11.1. You can only see the Visual Composer if you have validated your site. If you did not validate X, you will have limited access to the extensions list.
