    Hi,

    We would really like to recreate a http://rubrikstore.co.uk/quote/ type form on our website.

    We currently have sliders that users can select a value and the value is shown. That also gets emailed to us through a gravity form.

    We are not trying to get the sliders to be adjustable by typing in a value as well as sliding (like the link above).

    Do you know if this is possible?

    Hi there,

    What issues you’re currently getting in the form? I checked and it’s working, there is only two step, the first and the final.

    And what about the provided URL? Which page has the white screen issue?
