    Please help!! My client’s site is at http://chmweatherguard.com and if you go there you will see a bunch of “gobbly gook” all over the home page and throughout the site. This is what I am seeing:

    “Notice: Undefined variable: bg_color in /home/p008r696/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/vc_templates/vc_column.php on line 88” and that’s all over the site.

    PLEASE HELP!!

    I can’t believe I’ve had this post up since 9:30 this morning and have had no Official THEMECO support guys drop in and see if they can help! Please help! I’ve got a client’s site that looks completely messed up because of VC and the WP upgrade which isn’t my fault nor my client’s.

    Please help!

    i understand that this is a production site, if i were in your position, as a business manager, i would put up a development notice, under construction, something new coming blablala, customers see this as a wow but see code as an error in the matrix.. and you are the developer of the site, your customer might not like this idea, but its better to cut losses asap. my personal opinion of course..

    Yeah dude, I literally just sent my customer an email asking if that would be ok for now. I can’t believe how, seemingly, unprepared Themeco and WPBakery are to the WP 4.5 upgrade and the amount of problems it’s causing worldwide.

    And yet no real official statement except for, “Um, if you upgraded everything, it should work.” When there are TONS of us who have done what we know to do and yet still have errors.

    Hi There,

    @txaqo
    Thanks for helping. We really appreciate it.

    @emosamurai
    There is a lot of ticket right now due to the latest release of the wordpress version. Thank you so much for you patience.

    As I checked your setup, could not determine any problems, there is no error showing on your setup, would you mind testing for plugin conflict and disable any caching plugins so that you could verify the problem easily. I could see also that you are not updated to the latest wordpress version. Please update it as well.

    To test for plugin conflict, you can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Thank you so much for understanding.
