Today I updated WordPress and X Theme and my WooCommerce shop and its contents have disappeared. Within my WordPress dashboard the plugin has disappeared. If I try to reinstall the plugin it fails: “Destination folder already exists. /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage23/be/sp/ok/bespokedrivertraining.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/”
WP version 4.4.1
X Theme version 4.3.0
URL: bespokedrivertraining.comAny ideas on how to fix this whilst not losing the previous settings and shop items?
Thanks.

I’m sorry but we need your FTP credentials to manually upload your WooCommerce plugin. You can get your FTP credentials from your hosting provider.
Thanks!

Upon checking your FTP files, woocommerce folder exist in /public_html/wp-content/plugins. Please download woocommerce v2.4.10 from https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/developers/, unzip the file, connect to FTP and upload woocommerce folder in /public_html/wp-content/plugins. Make sure to replace existing woocommerce folder.
Hope that helps.
