    Hello,

I have a shop page on a site I am working on.
The main page shows my product categories, When you click on a category I would like to show sub categories, which you can click on to get to the products in that category.

But I can only manage one level of categories, after that level all products are shown but no sub-categories. Is there a way to display sub categories?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

Shop page can display ‘products’, ‘categories and subcategories’ or ‘both’, please see the attachment.
I think you’re looking for this plugin :

Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    You missed the point.

I have the same issue of missing subcategories. (This is not an woocommerce extension-only feature.)

Woocommerce should show subcategories on the categories archive if this option is selected, but X-theme does not show subcategories.
The extension you mention is ONLY to group products into subcategories on the categories archive (instead of running altogether by default).

So, basically, X-Theme does not display Subcategories on the Category archive even though “display subcategories” is selected for that page.

    Hi there,

In that case, would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply? I like to see your current setup.

    Thanks!
