    Hello,

I am struggling with Woocommerce and would love some advice. I have build my website and installed Woocommerce, Added the demo content but don’t understand how to actually create a “shop” page or link pages to my products. I went to the extreme to install a whole new wordpress and upload a woo commerce theme but i don’t like the free theme. I prefer the stander woo step with “X”

Additionally, how do I customize the email temple on Woocommerce? I have a virtual product and need to give information on how to operate the product.

    Thewinterhobect.com
    Thewinterhobect.com/shop (new theme)
Thewinterhobect.com/shop-1 (original shop from x theme)

    HI Tommie,

You’re website is down right now:

You can specify the shop page via WooCommerce Settings > Products the select the page from dropdown. Check WooCommer documentation on their site: http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/ for more info about tweaking WooCommerce.

I didn’t got your second inquiry, please explain it in bit more words.

When Emailing the clients after purchase. I need to give specific details on how to receive feedback and what Email address to send the videos for review. This should happen after actually buying and checking out. Make sense?

    Hi Tommie,

We’re do not cover woocommerce related queries, unless it will be related to X. But check this out if these can help you.

    1. Go to Admin > Woocommerce > System Status > Tools then click Install Pages button. This should create default pages including Shop page.

    2. Under Admin > Woocommerce > Settings > Email, there are few options you can edit. And if you wish to edit email templates, you can just copy this folder /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/templates/emails/ to /wp-content/themes/x-child-{STACK}/woocommerce/emails/ then edit them.

    Hope these helps.
