Hi there, I have been using X and am quite happy with it. The main issue is that I am using Woocommerce with it and the State dropdown (as well as country but I’m only shipping to the US so don’t see country dropdown) are formatted completely wonky. You can’t see any of the states even though they are there and in the select tag in the html. Pick any product, add it to cart and then look at the State field, all messed up.
This is only since the latest X update I put in. Any suggestions?

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do (a link to a similar example site would be very helpful, or perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Cheers!

The State dropdown doesn’t work once I ran the latest theme update.
Let me know what the solution is.
Thank you

When you update the theme please make sure you have updated the bundled plugins too.
Latest versions are
X theme v 3.2.3
Revslider Version 4.6.5
Visual Composer Version 4.3.5
X shortcodes Version 3.0.5https://theme.co/x/member/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins
Hope that helps.

March 24, 2015 at 7:42 pm #234493Hey Mike,
In that case, please give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP. But before that, please disable third party plugins. The State field in our demo is working fine so there may be other factors affecting it on your end.

Try adding following CSS under Appearance > Customize > Custom > CSS:.select2-results .select2-result-label { font-size: 14px; }
