Hi,
My Woocommerce thinks the address I have set in my customer account is set to FR, which I think is France.I have changed the Shipping address to outside the EU many times to try to get the Advanced Shipping tab to show the correct postage fee but no luck.
I have a WooCommerce Debug Helper on the front end of WP and on my site. This helps show that Woocommerce thinks the shipping address in the account is in FR.
I have looked at the conditions and shipping zones but there is nowhere I can see why it thinks the address is in FR.
The result is the wrong shipping fee being applied to countries outside the EU.
If you test it yourself, the current fee it shows is Shipping: £14.00 for a pair of Alexander McQueen wool trousers (you can find this on the front Shop page). This is the fee for EU countries.
Currently the address in the customer account in My Account, which I have renamed My TP is set to Brazil for testing but it does not recognise this.
The correct fee should be £17.45.
Please could you help check.

Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.
February 12, 2017 at 7:38 am #1367825Hi,
Thank you that fixed it although when going through the plugins one by one all of them were activated again without causing a conflict.I just left on Woocommerce, Advanced Shipping, Advanced Pricing and Advanced Shipping Zones.
So the source of problem was not identified but switching them off and on again fixed it.
Can you think of why this could be?
Cheers!

It could be due to cache and deactivating them clears it.
Thanks!
