Hi there,

I have just installed WooCommerce as my preferred e-commerce and when I have loaded up the trial product I have a strange warning on my site and I do not know how to fix it or remove it.

Could can you help?

This is the warning:

Hi there,

You are using a beta version of WooCommerce. According to our Version Compatibility article, latest compatible version is 2.6.9 that you can download from here – https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/woocommerce.2.6.9.zip

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in replying

I cannot upload the file you’ve given me as it is not a .zip file and when I convert to a zip file it says there is something wrong.

are you able to provide a link to the zip file? Or tell em where to find it.

also, the WooCommerce I have uploaded via the WordPress Add Plugins says that it is compatible with my version of WP.

OK I know you may think I am silly as the link has a .zip at the end but when I download it it is unpacked and I need the unpacked zip file.

can you help?

The link provided above will download a zip file.

You can extract it by right clicking on the file and select extract all.

Hello Team, I am sorry to say I am back again.

I have had a reply from the plugin developers and they tell me that the 0 division is a theme issue here is what they say.

It looks like you have an issue with your theme as all presentation is handled by the theme. The divide by 0 error is also a challenge with the theme as you can see from a recent issue opened here – https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/13159

Your best recourse here is to reach out the developers of your theme with this information so they can help get you sorted.

Is there a work around with this issue between theme and plugin?

You do say that WooCommerece works with X-Themeco and is on of the plugins you suggest. I did download the zip file above but I had the same issue with the code and the white block space on the shop front.

Any help would be appreciated.

The options under Customize -> Woocommerce had not been set, I went ahead and set those option, to fix the issue.

Ahh right I was unaware that this needed to be done – I have also been on the X-themcoe fB page where a group of people help each other. What we discovered is that the Visual Composer was creating a problem. I have deactivated/deleted this addon as I never use it.

My shop now works great – thank you for what you did – I will go to that and have a look –

As I mentioned I am totally new to building websites and this is my personal one that I am battling through.
