    Hi,

    I have an issue with a site I’m helping setup in Woocommerce.

    If you go to the shop and add a product to your cart then go to the checkout page
    Where you find 2 links one giving a returning customer the option to login and below this
    An option to use a coupon, when either of these links are clicked on nothing happens.

    Can you please see if you’re able to see why these links do not work?

    Website is http://www.personaltrainingfitness.com.au running the all the latest versions.

    Thanks for posting in.

    Some of your plugin resources specially woocommerce are missing.

    You may re-install them again.

    Ok thanks if I remove the woocommerce plugin and reinstall it will I also lose all the transactions and data ?

    What is the best way to do this?

    Hi there,

    To reinstall the plugin, unzip the plugin, connect to FTP and under wp-content/plugins replace existing woocommerce folder with the one you extract from zip file.
