I have my Single Product set to show related products, which display on the Cart page.
But I want the related products to show on my single products page instead, or both.
I also have upsells and crossells selected, tried with & without both and no change.
I don’t have any 3rd party plugins, btw.
How can I get the related products to display on my single product pages?
Thanks.

Not sure what you mean by host file setup, i tried mapping your given IP with your domain and it doesn’t work. The site I see at your given URL is not built with X. Can you please let us know how can we access your site?
Thanks!

Another support here, I tried that too and it still displaying the original site. I tried the FTP but it still pointing to this IP 199.34.228.73:21 instead of 167.114.174.107
It could be DNS or something, I’ll try again later.
Thanks!

It only works once, but it displays a broken site (no css), then when I tried to load it again it goes back to old site.
Weird, how about setting it up on live staging?
Or maybe, it will fall back to old site when it fails to load. I’m not sure.
Thanks!
December 13, 2015 at 4:39 pm #705202Works fine for me. Are you trying the host file setup?
I don’t know how to go about a live staging. I usually do it this way when there’s an existing site, then change the name servers when I’m ready to launch.
December 13, 2015 at 7:33 pm #705342Hello There,
I am another staff checking on this topic. I have already added the ip and the site in my host file but still it directs me to the old site.

December 14, 2015 at 9:50 am #706154Ok, will try that.
Just occurred to me, do I need to have a woocommerce extension in order to display related products on single product pages?
Thanks
December 14, 2015 at 10:56 am #706236Hi Peter,
The related product is a feature of WooCommerce.
You don’t need to install any Woo Extensions.
Regards!
December 14, 2015 at 11:39 am #706278That’s what I thought, just wanted to confirm.
I see on the woocommerce site that it says “some themes” will allow related products to be displayed on the single product pages. Makes me wonder if there’s an issue with Renew or maybe X in general?
Will try your suggestion of a staging area so you can take a look for me.
– Thanks!
December 14, 2015 at 9:53 pm #706914I’m not having issues about related products on any of my installation. But yes, you can try it on a staging site.
Let us know 🙂
