See a sample shop product here,

and then scroll down to where “Related Products” should be and see that you can only see the title “Related Products” but no products. I cannot figure out what is different on this clients site as I have this on 10 and all works perfect. I did put her on Ethos, maybe that is it??
Thoughts? She has a big store and I want this to be working properly.

    display: none;
}

Let us know where you want to hide featured image.
