Around the time I did my last X theme update (6/17), my product group displays on two different sites has gone from 4 per row to 2 per row. Can somebody please tell me what happened, and how can I fix this?
Thanks in advance!
June 22, 2016 at 9:42 pm #1055620Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! We need to look into this and see if it was woo-commerce settings that changed or CSS from X, or some other conflict.
Would you mind providing us with login credentials for both sites so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff. Thanks!

I have tried to login on your website with the credentials above given but without success, would mind reviewing if they are correct?
Have you tried going to Appereance > Customizer > Woocommerce and change the amount of products to be shown?
If that does not work, please provide us the correct credentials.
Thanks
Joao
June 24, 2016 at 8:01 am #1057990It IS set to 4 columns. You will see when you pull up the products pages that they are now showing 4 columns. When I upgrade to Woocommerce 2.6.1, it changes to 2 columns.
Please try again, I’ve tested the login just now and it works.
June 24, 2016 at 1:48 pm #1058382Hi there,
Is there a chance that you can setup a staging site that is a duplicate of the current site so that we could do the testing with the woocommerce 2.6.1 because we can’t really check the issue with the live site since the columns are working correctly in there.
June 24, 2016 at 10:13 pm #1058903I had the same issue at modestyle.com/shop. I noticed that the class “Last” is being added to the li (Product list) on every other product instead of the last product. I’ve had to put in a temporary CSS Fix. I can replicate a staging site with the issue for you if you’d like.
But if you just want to see the problem, simply go to the page and inspect it.
Let me know
P.S. My columns are set to 3 in the shop

Update on this issue. I found it is because some of the template files in my child theme need to be udpated. I had customized content-product.php and content-single-product.php
So I’ll have to update those to the new templates and it should solve the problem. I’ll post the results after make the update.
June 26, 2016 at 8:41 pm #1060697Sure, please let us know. Updating template is required if it’s customized 🙂
Thanks!
July 18, 2016 at 9:00 am #1091863Update on issue for me. I finally updated everything, and I had copied all of the woocommerce > templates plugin files to the child-theme > woocommerce folder. What a mess. I only needed to copy the woocommerce templates I customized. I may have lost some of my customizations, but I’ve simplified my set up. It must have been some customization I did late last year. Everything (for now) seems to be working ok. Thanks!
July 18, 2016 at 9:04 am #1091864Glad to hear it,
Let us know if you need further help.
