Please update your X theme to v4.1.1. It’s available on automatic updates as per our Changelog. You can update it under Dashboard > Updates in your WordPress admin panel.

Hey MJ,

This issue has already been fixed in the previous version of X. And, I’ve tested the current version in my test site and the variation works. This leads me to conclude that this issue is unique to your setup. Please disable all third party plugins first.

Hi staff,

Test 1: clean install of WP with your theme and woocommerce on a test server
Result: Same product variation error

Test 2: Deployed an exact copy of existing site on my test server – changed theme only
Result: No product variation errors

You are welcome to verify my findings on the test server.

Hello There,

Thanks for the updates. The product variations is not showing up because you did not add a variation price and sale price for each variation. You left it empty and that is why it is not displaying.

Please do edit your variations and add the prices. The price should be displaying once you select the variation in your product page.
