mattheltzelParticipantUPDATED: I did some other edits to the product and what I’m describing below isn’t happening because upon publishing changes on the page, it updated that name. Apparently that caused Woocommerce to update that cached name. However, I’m still getting a dash after the product name in the cart. Any way to fix that?
Hi all,
I don’t know if this is beyond the scope of support, but figured I’d try. I have researched for hours on end, and can’t figure out what is happening.
In the product page, it shows Decaf Espresso. In the cart, it shows Tanzania Peaberry (copy) –
I did duplicate Tanzania Peaberry to create this Decaf Espresso product, but even after changing the name, deleting cache and cookies from my browsers, and trying just about everything in Woocommerce to clear cache, it just isn’t working. I’m confused.

When you hit add to cart, it shows up with the wrong product name. I’m not using any caching plugins.
Any help would be amazing!
Thanks,

ChristianModeratorHey there,
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
