August 15, 2014 at 10:09 am #85434How come the Related Products aren’t showing up on the product page? I have them enabled in the WooCommerce section of the Customizer, but nothing changes.
Example: http://pocketkniveshq.wpengine.com/product/sog-tac-automatic-black-aluminum-handle-plain/
August 15, 2014 at 10:27 am #85440Hi zekedm,
Thank you for writing in!
By default product single page doesn’t show the sidebar. However it can be done with custom development. Please view this thread: http://theme.co/x/member/forums/topic/sidebar-in-woocommerce-single-product-page/
Hope this helps. 🙂
Thank you.
August 15, 2014 at 10:37 am #85457That’s great for adding a sidebar, but I’m trying to get the Related Products to show up at the bottom of the page…
August 15, 2014 at 10:49 am #85464Hi There,
Please go to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Single Product, check the Enable Related Products box there:
August 15, 2014 at 10:57 am #85473That’s exactly what I already have set…
August 15, 2014 at 12:17 pm #85526Hi Zekedm,
So sorry that you are still facing this issue.
Would you mind testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.
August 15, 2014 at 1:08 pm #85559Already done that too…there’s login info earlier in this thread if you want to log in and take a look.
August 15, 2014 at 2:25 pm #85620Hi Zekedm,
I just tested your site and I’m able to see related product’s images. I did added test product with similar category or tags from existing products.

Could you try it again?
Thanks!
August 15, 2014 at 2:57 pm #85644Looks good, thanks.
August 15, 2014 at 2:58 pm #85646Glad you were able to figure it out. 🙂 Have a nice day.
August 18, 2014 at 10:19 am #86911Now that I have products loaded, none of them are showing up on the front end unless I edit the product in the back-end and click “Update”…even if I don’t change anything. Once I click update, it shows up on the front end. I have 3,746 products, so obviously, opening all of them individually and updating is not idea. Is this a theme issue or WooCommerce issue?
August 18, 2014 at 10:51 am #86933Hi,
This is a WooCommerce issue, you edited Permalinks or your one of the plugins causing conflict.
Check even product category isn’t showing: http://pocketkniveshq.com/knives-7380/knives-fixed-blades-7389/ perfectly.
Please ask about this to WooThemes support & let us know if we need to do something from our end.
November 30, 2015 at 5:03 pm #684587Hi,
I am having a similar issue. I can upload a picture as featured image, and it shows up in the edit product page as featured image, but not when I hit view product.
When I click the image place holder the picture does show in the lightbox, but not on the actual product page. -
